SEWAR Organization is a licensed civil society institution in Syria (4394 – 1/10/2025) and in Türkiye under the name Kalkınma Şafak Derneği (27-019-082 – 17/12/2015). It works in economic, media, technical, and political empowerment, and supports civil peace and social cohesion through programs across all Syrian governorates, guided by a national vision and strengthened by regional and international partnerships linking development with peace. Headquartered in Aleppo, SEWAR is recognized as a trusted partner in sustainable development and peacebuilding efforts in Syria.

Siwar Organization organized a recreational activity for blind girls, which included a visit to an amusement park and the distribution of talking Qur’ans, walking sticks, and symbolic gifts.
This initiative emphasizes that joy is a right for everyone and that every person can shine when given the opportunity. The organization continually strives to empower blind girls and provide them with spaces for inclusion, dignity, and happiness.
