Within the “Introduction to Building the Syrian State” program, the Siwar Organization implemented the twenty-second event, titled:
“The Role of Law in State-Building and Enhancing Stability.”
Presented by lawyer Ahmad Al-Hariri, the session addressed the importance of the rule of law in establishing state institutions. It also highlighted its role in promoting stability, consolidating justice, and protecting rights, alongside discussing the legal challenges associated with the state-building phase.
The event witnessed active engagement from the attendees through discussions and interventions that enriched the session’s themes and contributed to the exchange of ideas and experiences.
