A glimpse of the practical training sessions for the electrical trade for new groups at the Vocational Center in Aleppo. This is part of the project “Workforce Development in the Construction Sector for Immediate Employment in Reconstruction Efforts in the City of Aleppo,” implemented by SEWAR Organization (Kalkınma Şafak Derneği) in partnership with GlocalShift Foundation and supported by the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund.
During the training, participants acquire practical skills in electrical work and installations, enhancing their readiness for the labor market and contributing to the support of reconstruction efforts.
The training is part of vocational programs aimed at developing the skills of young men and women and enhancing their opportunities in the labor market.
