A glimpse of the practical training sessions for the metal fabrication trade. This is part of the project “Workforce Development in the Construction Sector for Immediate Employment in Reconstruction Efforts in the City of Aleppo,” implemented by SEWAR Organization (Kalkınma Şafak Derneği) in partnership with GlocalShift Foundation and supported by the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund.
The training focused on equipping participants with technical and practical skills in metal fabrication work, contributing to the development of their professional capabilities and enhancing their readiness to enter the labor market.
