The second group of the straw handicrafts training has launched as part of the #Siwar_Al_Noor_2 project, implemented by #Siwar_Organization in #Aleppo, with the participation of a number of visually impaired individuals. This comes within the framework of efforts aimed at developing professional skills and enhancing opportunities for independence and production.
During the sessions, participants learn about straw shaping techniques and making handicrafts through practical training that relies on touch and direct application, contributing to developing their skills and opening new horizons toward work and creativity.
This training is part of the activities of the Training Center for the Visually Impaired in Aleppo, continuing Siwar’s commitment to empowering participants and promoting their active participation in society
