A glimpse of the practical work completed by participants during the Painting Training at the Vocational Center in Aleppo. This is part of the project “Workforce Development in the Construction Sector for Immediate Employment in Reconstruction Efforts in the City of Aleppo,” implemented by SEWAR Organization (Kalkınma Şafak Derneği) in partnership with GlocalShift Foundation and supported by the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund.
The before-and-after photos highlight the practical skills gained by the participants in surface preparation, painting, and finishing works, turning training knowledge into hands-on experience that enhances their readiness for the labor market.
